Constipation and/or diarrhea are common medical conditions that most people believe they have to simply live with or endure. Many people, daily, take medications that are designed to relieve constipation and diarrhea…without any real answers or solutions...just more medications.
It is not normal for someone to have one bowel movement every 3-5-7 days. It is not normal for someone to have diarrhea on a daily basis. It is not normal to be taking medications on a daily basis for the symptoms. The symptoms are the signals that your gastrointestinal tract or sending you to tell you that something is wrong.
There can be many reasons for constipation and/or diarrhea. However, most patients with constipation and/or diarrhea never have a clear diagnosis nor a solution.

After experiencing sciatic pain on the left side, I had surgery to solve the problem. Shortly thereafter, I began to have sciatic pain down the other side. I assumed that surgery was necessary again. After beginning the (ALT-MED) program and doing the exercises for a couple of months, the pain was gone. I have been pain free for over six months.
